1. Your relationship with Competition King.
1.1 These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between Competition King and you in relation to the competitions on this website (“the competition”).
1.2. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the competition.

1.4 Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
2. Competition rules
2.1 The competition is organised by Competition King, Empire House, Camberwell Church Street, London, SE5 8TR.
2.2 Competition King reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these rules at any time without prior notice.
2.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, competition notice, conduct and result, the decision of Competition King shall be final and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
2.4 To qualify for entry you must be aged 18 or over.
2.5 Entries must be received no later than 5pm on 20/02/2012.
2.6 All correct and valid entries received by the closing date will automatically be included. The winner will be chosen at random from all of the correct entries.
2.7 Employees of Competition King or any company involved in the competition, any advertising agency or web company connected with Competition King are not eligible to enter. Competition King reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
2.8 Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Competition King reserves the right to use the names and addresses of the winners in any publicity.
2.9 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prize.
2.10 Competition King cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
2.11 One entry per day is allowed from each individual. Any person suspected to have use software to create multiple entries will be disqualified.3. General legal terms
